With that in mind, welcome to Feel Good February!
Feel Good February consists of daily challenges, tasks and affirmations that will help you cultivate a positive mindset throughout the earlier months of the year, beginning on Thursday 1st February 2018.

Although #FeelGoodFebruary is designed to guide you, challenge you and support you, please know that if you feel like you can’t complete one or more of the days or if something is too painful for you to attempt – it is completely OKAY to skip ahead, or pick another one to do and come back to the one that has been causing you some difficulty.
You might feel committed to this challenge, but YOU are the most important person here and how YOU feel is what you need to focus on. But, that’s not a get out clause – #FeelGoodFebruary requires a certain amount of motivation and personal strength.
