Today, set yourself a challenge. An important part of feeling good, is setting yourself achievable challenges. This can be anything from beginning a course in something you love, to challenging yourself to tidy your house by the end of the month – whatever it is, GOOD LUCK!
Top tip – don’t overdo it. Don’t challenge yourself to something that is completely impractical, you want to be able to achieve it.
