Welcome to Day 11 of #FeelGoodFebruary! 


Life is busy busy busy – but you don’t need me to tell you that. Today make time in your busy schedule to rest. This can come in the form of getting stuck into a good book, zoning out in front of the television, having a nap, going for a walk, swimming, painting, having a good conversation – frankly, whatever it is that makes you feel restful, today’s the day to do it.

Top tip – try to make the most out of your restful time by switching off your phone. Devices can be distracting!
