We often go through our days doing the same things at the same time. We are creatures of habit, and sometimes it can be refreshing to break these habits! It doesn’t have to be anything big – do you normally take lunch at your desk? How about going for a walk instead? Do you always drive the same way to get home? Try taking an alternative route! You never know what you can discover if you change up your routine a little bit.
Top tip – finding it too difficult to change your routine too much? Why don’t you simply swap out your usual dinner for something you’ve never had before?
