#FeelGoodFebruary Day 5: Stretch

Welcome to Day 5 of #FeelGoodFebruary! 


As soon as you wake up this morning, stretch. Stretch out your muscles and bones, rub the sleep from your eyes and spend some time focusing on your achy bits.

Top tip – if you want to take your stretch further then a session of yoga (whether a class or at home) is perfect!
