Think about one thing that you’ve been meaning to do – whether it’s talking to someone about something that’s been bugging you or completing that important life admin. Today’s the day that you confront your hurdle, and manage to overcome it.

Top tip – if you’re finding it hard to overcome the task that you’ve set up for yourself then don’t worry. Don’t let it stress you out unnecessarily – you’ve taken a step forward in considering it, that’s something to be proud of.
