It’s easy to focus on the negatives when we’re immersed in the January/February blues, but good things are there – trust me! It’s time to focus on gratitude and acknowledge the things that you are thankful for. Spend some time evaluating what is good in your life, rather than focusing on the negatives.
Top tip – If it helps, make a list that you can carry around with you of all the things that you are thankful for. When you’re feeling low, read the list and give yourself a little boost.
