#FeelGoodFebruary Day 16: Practice

Welcome to Day 16 of #FeelGoodFebruary! 


I hope that you’re ready for today, because today is the day for practice. There are things that we put off time and time again – that yoga video you’ve been meaning to do, that mixology class that you’ve been meaning to book, that dance lesson that you haven’t had time to attend yet. The fact is, there’s always something that we want to get better at, but we don’t put the time in to practice.

Today’s the day!

Top tip – don’t push yourself too hard, if you’re having a hard time taking to the practice, then don’t beat yourself up about it!
