Welcome to Day 22 of #FeelGoodFebruary!


It’s time to make peace with the things that unsettled you in 2017. We all go through things in our lives and we are all fighting battles – whether invisible or not. Often, a New Year brings with it brand new possibilities, brand new experiences and – unfortunately – brand new things to overcome. If you can, if you feel able to, then please try to make peace today with the things that have hurt you. I know that it’s easier said than done sometimes, but holding on to things that cause pain will only be detrimental in the end.

Top tip – write down all of the things that have upset you and caused you pain in the last year. Then, if you feel ready, rip them up, burn them, stamp on them, dispose of them however you wish but make sure that they are gone.
