We are constantly being pushed for personal growth by others – in the workplace, by family members, in our personal relationships. It’s high time that we harnessed control over our lives – so today, choose three things that you think will help you grow.

Top tip – these don’t have to be big things, even something as simple as drinking less coffee or getting your hair cut will be enough! As long as it’s what you want to do.
