Welcome to Day 26 of #FeelGoodFebruary!
Our emotions are often ignored and occasionally we don’t give ourselves the time to acknowledge them. Use today as a kick-start to promise yourself that you will give yourself the time that you need to recognise that it’s okay to feel a certain way. Today’s challenge is a difficult one – seek therapy when you need it. There are many different kinds of therapy – professional, self-therapy, the therapy that comes with talking to loved ones, the therapy that comes with spending time alone, the therapy that comes with acknowledging how you feel and knowing that there are possibilities out there if you want to change that.
Top tip – don’t be scared. Reach out. Seek support. I’m here. So are others.
